Notice (Summer Recess / Study Leave)

It is hereby notified that there will be SUMMER RECESS for the period 18-05-2026 to 30-06-2026 for teachers, subject to the following conditions:

  • A teacher must have completed the syllabus of ongoing even semesters.
  • A teacher must have duly signed the Routine Declaration Form.
  • The concerned department has submitted the Routine Declaration Form to college office.
  • The concerned department has submitted the soft copy of 2026 ODD Semester Routine to concered email.
  • All Leaves have been settled till 16.05.2026

It is hereby notified that during the SUMMER RECESS / STUDY LEAVE:

  • A teacher must have to come to the college and perform all duties if assigned by the principal/HoD.
  • A teacher must have to perform duty if any online duty assigned by the principal/HoD.
  • NO classes of Semester – VI will be held during this period.
  • Only Special classes (of Semester – II/IV/VI) may be taken (campus/online), if required, during this period in consultation of HoD.
  • A teacher must have to comply with duties regarding Internship course/class/exam/evaluation as assigned by University/College.

It is further notified that Semester – IV & VI exams will be held during the period 16-06-2026 to 24-06-2026 . So for this period, please note that:

  • Exam Duty schedule will be notified shortly.
  • NO leave will be entertained if you are assigned exam duty.
  • Medical leave, however can be considered, as the case may be.
  • Time of arrival and departure are to be maintained strictly.
  • Any communication regarding exam duty is to be done with Convener, Dr. Biplab Kahar.
  • You need not come to college if NO duty is assigned to you.
