It has been found from college records that some of the employees are not maintaining the rules and regulations laid down by the Govt & Governing Body (G.B.) The G.B. of our college has decided to take strict action against those who are violating the rules and regulations. I am directed by the G.B. to remind / request / warn defaulters that from 01.04.2026, a remark “Late Arrival” after 11:30AM (or actual time of class, whichever is earlier) and/or “Early Departure” will be written if the exit time is before the last assigned class and/or 5 hours is not maintained in case of full-time TS.  DL/EL will not be granted if prior approval is not taken well in advance or if proper documents are not submitted within two working days.
