All staff members of Panchakot Mahavidyalaya (including full-time teachers, SACT, and non-teaching staff) are hereby requested to update their leave records up to 28th February, 2026, through the online leave portal (for CL and DL) and via the official college email (for EL, ML, CCL, Maternity Leave, Paternity Leave, and other types of leave).

Kindly reconcile your leave details with the attendance register. If the leave records are not updated by 10th March, 2026, the college authority will revise the records as per rules, and no further requests in this regard will be entertained thereafter.
