You are requested to attend the said programme without fail. Honourable JDPI Madam (Dr. Moumita Mandal) and Honourable OSD Sir (Dr. Pradipta Mukherjee) have given their kind consent to speak on “Leave Rules, WBHS & LTC”. No Leaves and No off-days are allowed on 14.03.2026 unless previously approved. Honorable President Sir (Sri Amar Chandra Maji) of our GB will inaugurate the programme.
